Autodesk Claims Trademark Issue in Continuing Litigation with Open Design Alliance

There was an agreement on the first suit, but now Autodesk is requesting American Trademark Trial and Appeal Board cancel the "OPENDWG" trademark registered to the Open Design Alliance (ODA), the folks who offer the libraries to read/write DWG, which are used by many CAD and GIS software companies.
