Gartner Podcast on GIS and Insurance

The podcast addresses "the availability of enterprisewide geographic information systems (GIS) can improve decision making, enhance the delivery of services and reduce costs." It's pretty basic. Consider this quote from the analyst being interviewed:

"[GIS systems] are incredibly inexpensive and easy. You don't have to have monster software installed on mainframes anymore. All you need is a browser."
