Why didn’t I think of that?
A company outside Boston, Nav-a-Trip, does something so simple and required it’s hard to believe no one else thought of it first. (Maybe they did but the founder claims to be first.) Her company rents car (and apparently non-car) navigation systems by the day to consumers. It’s $10 day in the US and $15 in Europe. You get the system delivered to house or hotel and mail it back in a box provided. It sounds great - I wonder how they handle tech support?
