Webraska and Yahoo!
As we move further from the original announcement that Yahoo! built its own mapping back-end, more details pop up.

Now, Webraska notes in a PR, its tech is in the mix. It “provided Yahoo! Maps with key components of the Webraska SmartZone Geospatial Platform (SGP4).”
