Update: TeleNav IPO Today

So, how’d the IPO go?

TeleNav soldseven million shares for $8 each on the Nasdaq Stock Market, below its original expected range of $11 to $13 and gained 23% on its first day of trading.

TeleNav, Inc., a provider of location based services, or LBS, including voice guided navigation, on mobile phones, today announced the pricing of the initial public offering of 7,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $8.00 per share.


That price is apparently even lower than a planned $9 opening price per WSJ.
