TeleNav IPO: $64 Million; NASDAQ: TNAV
I noted TeleNav’s IPO last week (APB coverage), but here are the final numbers:
TeleNav, Inc. has completed its initial public offering (IPO) of 8.05 million shares of common stock at a price of $8 per share raising gross proceeds of $64.4 million.
And, the company joined the NASDAQ with symbol: TNAV
