Publisher Wiley to Sell “GPS for Dummies” Device

Wiley Publishing, the respected publisher and producer of the “For Dummies” books is working on a sat nav device: GPS Navigation For Dummies. The idea is that it’s simple enough for anyone. It uses touch screen for input and interestingly, is only being announced in the U.S. a the moment. The tech behind it is from Detroit company Maylong Group (never heard of it, but the CEO helped develop OnStar). It’s got an expected mid-October ship date. While I found a few news outlets noting this product, I found nothing on the Wiley website. I did however find the product’s website[corrected per comment, 7/27]. And, yes, all the images of the system show an Italian interface…
