Motorola is opening up to Skyhook’s locating tools, alongside Google’s. Editor in Chief Joe Francica sees these developments as signs of the maturing of the market. Executive Editor Adena Schutzberg suggests these changes are really about the need to broaden the options and extend the reach of potentially limiting platforms.
