Perception of Distance
A short and sweet article explores the perception of distance Ц why it seems further on way back to the car from the Golden Gate Bridge that it seemed walking from the car. ThereТs some psychology involved, of course. I wonder if widespread use of GPS will have any impact our ability to judge distance. I think IТm getting better at that the more I run with a GPS.
