OS Gigateway

Ever had a look at the Ordnance Survey’s version of GOS? It’s called Gigateway and allows users to search for geographic data, much like the U.S. fledgling geodata.gov. The FAQ includes lots of the same sort of questions one sees about GOS: metadata issues, how do I include my data, etc. It’s certainly worth looking at if you are designing such a portal.
