Tyler Mitchell is a geographer, who among other things, uses and writes about open source software (OSS) GIS topics. He writes for OТReilly and was recently interviewed by the folks behind Quantum GIS (QGIS, an open source desktop GIS thatТs gathering momentum in the community).
