Open Source for America Launches
The group of some 70 organizations (Sun, Oracle, O’Reilly, EFF, Pentaho…) have banded together to form Open Source for America. The goal: to “serve as a unified voice for the promotion of open source software in the U.S. Federal Government arena.
Dennis Byron at Seeking Alpha describes it at a front group for enterprise software vendors.
