New Web App Shows Presidential Documents - Based on Location Using OSM

The program comes with access to all of the president's executive orders, speeches, approved acts, and White House press releases, among other documents.

The new, free app, officlally, the Presidents Document app, is a Web app, meaning you access it via your browser and do not download it from any marketplace. The Government Printing Office and National Archives’ Office of the Federal Register (OFR) are behind the app. The Printing Office has authored two other apps:  the fiscal year 2013 Budget app and a Mobile Member guide of Congresspeople.

This is the first time GPO has enabled an app with a geolocation feature providing users with access to the most recent content near their location

The cool part: maps are OSM from MapQuest!
