More Funding for Skyhook

Skyhook, one of the leaders in locating via Wi-Fi just got more funding, it announced Friday. It received $8.5 million from a group led by RRE Ventures, a New York investment firm. RRE general partner Will Porteous will join Skyhook’s board of directors. To date, Skyhook is just has $16.8 million in funding. Nothing on the company website as of Sunday night.
