LBS News

There’s another player in the foursquare/Gowalla “location-based check-in game” competition. MyTown, from Booyah has 500,000 downloads and some 6 check-ins per second (foursquare has just 1 per second). Why the big numbers? Apple featured the Kleiner Perkins funded app on its App Store.
