Got ArcGIS 9.3 Questions?
ESRI offers up this page to ask such questions. The answers, per ESRI are “are routed to the appropriate person, and then answers are provided via e-mail within a few business days.”
I’m not sure why responses are not collected into an FAQ. I have suggested that to ESRI.
