Google Still Undecided on Blurring Indian Images
The Economic Times (part of the India Times) reports that Google has not yet determined whether to blur sensitive imagery in Google Earth that caused a stir several weeks ago. It won’t help said Google official Andrew McLaughlin, head of Global Public Policy of Google, because the images are available eslewhere. He went on to say, “We have never degraded image quality…”
