Geofencing Appliances on Construction Materials
In Ocala, Florida thieves are taking material from construction sites, but apparently not drills and saws and wood. Police in the area are tagging appliances with GPS devices which report when they cross a 15 ft perimeter. The article in the local paper doesn’t specify what appliances are walking, but does note that all are tagged with warnings while only a few have actual tags.
