FCC.gov to Use Drupal, No Indication it’s Going All Open Source

Going open source was the gist of the tweet I read, originally from @whitehouse and widely retweeted (100+).

whitehouse: Congrats to @FCC going open source, WH’s open source mastermind comments http://bit.ly/9972Sm

But when traced back, the announcement is that FCC.gov will use Drupal, an open source content management system. OGC uses it, so the Penn State GIS Certificate and MGIS programs. There’s no statement beyond that regarding open source.
