FCC Proposes Fining Carriers Who “Failed to Locate” Back in ‘05
The Federal Communications Commission said it proposed fines totaling $2.825 million against Sprint Nextel, Alltel Corp and United States Cellular for failing to meet the new standards [to locate mobile phones].
And, they failed by a lot. This is becoming such a joke.
