Clapper to NSA? Unlikely.

James Clapper, now head of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) as his replacement at the National Security Agency (NSA). Clapper says he’ll stay put. Among other things there is some loss of love between Clapper and Defense Intelligence Agency head Vice Adm. Lowell Jacoby.
