Trace A Mobile.com, a UK outfit that tracks Vodaphone cell phone users is bragging about its Уmore accurate locating.Ф By noting both the time for a signal to reach 3 towers and its power, the company suggests it can locate phones with an accuracy of up to 50 meters. The software/technology used is called Timing Advanced mobile phone tracking (TA). The company will be using assisted GPS in the future as well. ItТs interesting that the accuracy enhancement is being used in marketing over say coverage or privacy issues.
