Autodesk Previews AutoCAD Map Linework CleanUp Tool
Artoo is a tool to clean up the overshoots, duplicates, weed out extra vertices and other "glitches" in digital vector geodata accessiable via AutoCAD FDO (SDF, SQLite, Esri SHP, and geodatabase files, as well as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. The tech preview works with AutoCAD Map 2013 and will run until Feb 1 2013.
I wonder why it's not called "geospatial cleanup" which is how it's named in the AutoCAD Map menu.
