3D Viz Player From Korea Tops Google Earth

The company behind the work is Woodai Cal Ltd. and it produced the Urban Planning Information System for the city of Seoul, South Korea. The 3D environment, per ZDnet, tops anything Google or Microsoft could dish out. The project cost some $70 million over the past eight years.

The company supports projects in Germany, Netherlands, Hong Kong, and Japan both in government and private enterprises and hopes to expand the use of the portals to real estate and virtual worlds like Second Life.
