While we're at it, let's just station a couple hundred national guard troops at every nuclear facility. By the way - there are literally HUNDREDS of facilities that hold an store nuclear and potenially lethal materials across the US. Many are in University physics labs and chemical engineering schools. I know, let's establish special industrial cities in the empty parts of the American west, and move scientists and industrial production to these factory cities so we can hide the and protect the materials and dangerous substances.

Better yet, let's get a bunch of Russian ex-KGB bureaucrats to come over here and show us how to control information, hide industrial production, change maps, lock up suspicious folks, and imprison people who question the government in public for revealing state secrets.
