Why is it that people think that because it has pictures its new? The data around Nashville, TN is five years old.

What leads you to think Nashville's data is 5 years old? Nashville has a web site showing aerial photography no more than 1 year old and parcels and roads are updated constantly.

The County data is better/most recent. The data on Google Earth is 5 years old.
