Virtual Earth Immersive Customer Service Experience

Yes, that's how a media alert from Microsoft covers how the company can help banks using Virtual Earth. Microsoft will exhibit at the BAI Retail Delivery Conference & Expo.

"Microsoft Virtual Earth. An integrated set of services providing quality geospatial data, rich imagery and cutting-edge technology that helps banks provide immersive online customer experiences, and connect customers with branch locations and services."

I don't think I'm yet ready to get immersive with my bank. I'm still getting used to online banking...

I agree, I have just figured out how to pay my bills through online banking. Not sure if I want to get to close to any bank right about now.

I guess I don't really understand the nature of this post. The online emersion of banking must mean the abilitiy for a customers bank accounts to transfer info and money but this post doesn't exactly explain what is or is not happening as relates to emersion. It would have been better if some real explanation of what is being talked about had taken place in this post. Thanks
