And we wonder how and why money gets wasted.

Maybe the "suits" are finally realizing they don't operate within a "bubble". Rather they are a portion of a bigger pie. I doubt it, since behind the scenes there will still be "power/money" struggles between sub-agencies.

Too many Feds think they work for whatever alphabet soup outfit, not the Federal govt as a whole. And as extension, the American people.
