Update: How to Bail Out Galileo: EC Spends its own Money

Bad news: Germany says no deal on spending EU money. The country asks for more funding options.

The European Commission today proposed spending EUR2.4 billion of its own money to get the challenged Galileo satellite navigation constellation up and running.
