Another Real Estate Site

A few outlets note a PR from Terabitz (not yet on the company site) a new real estate site. From what I can gather the distinguishing feature here is the ability to add on many layers of data when seeking a property (like location with respect to McDonalds). I think the theme of "add whatever data you want" is the current battle cry in the industry. This company is California-based with staff in India.

What's your feeling about commercial organizations that participate in kind or cash support to help in disasters and publicize those efforts?
No issues; it's good for the planet and good business.
It's ok, but does make me wonder about their motives.
It's pure marketing, and bothers me.
Have no strong feeling.
