Maine Cities Share GIS Prowess

It's downright neighborly of York, Maine to help out Kittery, Maine. A plan is in development for York to host Kittery's data on its server.

York may even convert Kittery's zoning maps. How to charge for that? Current thnking: "York would charge Kittery $40.83 per hour, a price based on Horr's hourly wage and benefits, plus a 10 percent administration fee, York Town Manager Rob Yandow said."

The GIS sharing idea came up after discussions of sharing other services.
