Jobs on iPhone Map Software

"The (application) we were able to write ... blows away any Google Maps client." Jobs said, referring to the Web search company that provided some technology for the map software. "The experience you have using it is unbelievable."

That comment was made during what some call a historic dual interview alongside Bill Gates.

Rumored to be in the demonstration that Michael Jones presented at Where 2.0, from what I'm hearing.

unbelieveable is right Mr. Jobs... i use the maps/gps for finding streets daily as i am a cabbie, and there are streets that have been here for 2+ yrs but aren't on maps or google earth through the iphone 3G (fully updated). Is there a fix for this, one of the reason i switched to iphone was for the gps.maps functionality

No issues; it's good for the planet and good business.
It's ok, but does make me wonder about their motives.
