If geo is the best thing about the new iPhone...
as Stan Schroeder at Mashable argues, will it be the phone that GIS software developers support? While Schroeder is quick to point other phones have had 3G, GPS, etc. for some time, the ease of use and openness of the new iPhone breaks ranks. Will we be doing analytical mobile GIS on these devices? Capturing data?
