Canada.com discusses the warning from Richard Rosenberg, a computer sciences professor at the University of B.C. He essentially says, you just don’t know what will happen in the future. Indeed. I think Nanaimo is a breaking into new territory, testing it for many other municipalities and organizations. Someone’s got to be out front.
