Congress Research Service: DHS Should Rethink Using Spy Satellites for Counterterrorism, Law Enforcement
A new report from the Congressional Research Service suggests Congress should further evaluate if the Homeland Security Department’s plan to use domestic spy satellites for counterterrorism and law enforcement. The question is if the plan is worth "the cost and the risks to privacy."
