USGS has released aerial imagery from before and after Katrina. Aerial video and laser altimetry surveys of post-storm beach conditions were also collected on August 31 and September 1, 2005 for comparison with earlier data. The imagery comparisons are well laid out with locator maps and specific points of interest to compare. A press release details the findings. Definitely worth a look.
