Lt. Gen. Michael Hayden who’s now the deputy director of national intelligence is suggesting Lt. Gen. James Clapper, now head of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) as his replacement at the National Security Agency (NSA). Clapper says he’ll stay put. Among other things there is some loss of love between Clapper and Defense Intelligence Agency head Vice Adm. Lowell Jacoby.

The University at Buffalo will hold graduation on May 15. This from the school paper:
“Jack Dangermond, founder and president of Environmental Systems Research Institute, generally acknowledged as the leading corporation in the geographic information systems (GIS) industry, will receive an honorary degree from SUNY during the ceremony, which also will feature remarks by Sen. Charles E. Schumer.” Interesting that Schumer gets #2 billing.
