This has to be one of the saddest situations I’ve seen in GIS in some time. The county assessor in Mississippi County Missouri apparently is not providing input the company setting up the GIS. A neighboring county is up and running on an identical system. I do hope there is some small misunderstanding so no one involved ends up with a black eye.
