Biggest Complaint of Nav System Users

GPS

"According to a recent C. J. Driscoll and Associates research study, out-of-date maps are the number one complaint of existing GPS owners."

That from a PR for Dash Navigation's new GPS that claims to be the first Internet/two way connected nav system. (I blogged it here, but its getting its big debut at DEMO this week.)

Do you think that's the biggest complaint of online mapping site users?
