Using Google for Profit: Data Point

Silicon Beat reports that Trulia, one of a million residential housing search engine websites that uses a Google Maps mashup has raised $5.7 million in investments, led by Accel Partners. Two worries the company must have in the back of its mind: Google's licensing (and potential changes) and that nasty patent dispute.
